Transart Institute and Harvestworks are pleased to announce their collaboration in media art education and training.
From its central SOHO location Harvestworks provides accessible and coordinated digital media production, education, information and content distribution services to a diverse creative community. Transart Institute offers an international Master of Fine Arts Program in New Media with residencies in Europe and in New York.
Under the collaboration, Harvestworks Certificate students in Digital Media, Digital Audio, Digital Video, Max/MSP, Jitter and Sensorbuilding who meet the Transart Institute's entrance requirements might get credited towards equivalency, that is when applicants do not have a first degree but have work and educational experiences which are the equivalent of a degree. The fee for this is $500 with 10 hours of individual instruction and access to Harvestworks digital studios and facilities.
