Meet the members of NMNN:

Derek Morton performs with an instrument called a "fourses." He divines auditory creative potential by touching the exposed circuit nodes of this colorful blinking device. Derek has coaxed weird and wild sounds out of boxes for over 10 years with such outfits as mikroknytes and most recently a trio called Brown Wing Overdrive (forthcoming album on Tzadik). Derek also plays banjo but currently lacks a porch.

Frank Rothkamm is a composer, conceptual artist and computer programmer who has been moving between Los Angles and New York for the past decade. Guided by “quasi-mystical principles of a philosopher-cum-musician” (e|i) he is the progenitor of the aesthetics of supermodernism, sci-fi serialism, and IFORMM; the tri-fold unity of tuning system, synthesis process and physical instrument. As a “lone wolf genius” (Sound Projector) he has produced concept albums that are “highly entertaining” (Wire), “charmingly eccentric” (WZBC) and “enigmatically unpigeonholeable” (Touching Extremes) and is considered “one of the great talents of our time” (WDBX).

Per Svensson; Live electronics, MT8X, Voice, Tools, Guitar and Film projection. Born 1965 in Gothenburg, Sweden. Sound and visual artist, composer, free form musician, alchemist. Works with art, sound installations, film and performance. Member of Fylkingen, Stockholm. Member of the noise collective Audio Laboratory (S) and the psychedelic rock group the New Alchemy(S). Minister of Alchemy and Art (KREV). Live concerts together with Mats Gustafsson (Sonic Youth), Leif Elggren (Sons of God), Ebbot Lundberg (Union Carbide Prod.), Skull Defects, et al.

Hans Tammen is a composer/guitarist whose music has been described as an alien world of bizarre textures and a journey through the land of unending sonic operations. He discovers hidden sound properties through means of his modified ENDANGERED GUITAR, interactive software programming, stereo and multi-channel sound systems, and by working with the room itself. Signal To Noise called his works "...a killer tour de force of post-everything guitar damage", All Music Guide recommended him: "...clearly one of the best experimental guitarists to come forward during the 1990s."
