A suite for the “Indoors/outdoors” – composed of six parts which features original composition and improvisation.

William Hooker (drummer,composer and poet) has created works that range from jazz and “new” music to experimental genres. He has released over 70 CDs as a leader.

Melanie Dyer

Website

Melanie performs and composes in creative, improvised and through-composed music spheres. She trained with William Lincer (Principal Violist, New York Philharmonic), Lee Yeingst (Principal Violist, Colorado Symphony Orchestra), John Jake Kella (NY Metropolitan Opera) and Naomi Fellows (Colorado Symphony Orchestra); and studied viola performance at the LaMont School of Music/University of Denver.


Sarah Bernstein

Sarah is a New York-based violinist/composer whose work blurs the lines between innovative jazz, new chamber music, experimental pop and noise music. Over the course of ten albums as a leader, and countless collaborations, she has garnered international acclaim for her multi-disciplinary performances and distinctive recordings.


Theo Woodward

Website

Theo works as a freelance sound engineer, AV technician and video editor, as well as a digital artist creating music videos, album covers, and promotional videos for musicians and brands. Additionally, Theo releases his own music and animations. Over the years, Theo has toured multiple times around the east coast with Florry, an Indie rock band, and has had the opportunity to play at SXSW in 2019 with their label, Sister Polygon.


Hans Tammen

Hans Tammen likes to set sounds in motion, and then sit back to watch the movements unfold. Using textures, timbre and dynamics as primary elements, his music is continuously shifting, with different layers floating into the foreground while others disappear.


Jochem Van Dijk

Website

NYC-based composer and improvising bass guitarist Jochem van Dijk got his start in music by playing a homemade tea-chest bass with the highschool Dixieland band in his native town Apeldoorn, a suburban community in the east of The Netherlands. Jochem currently performs around New York, and is presently working on several recording projects.


Marcus Cummins

British saxophonist Marcus Cummins has been associated with the UK free and improvised music scene since the early 90’s. He has worked extensively as a solo artist, in duo’s and larger bands, but is perhaps best known internationally for his involvement in Trevor Watts’ ‘Celebration Band’. Cummins studied music formally at Leeds City College of Music and Dartington College of Arts.
