2024 New Works Application is Open till December 20, 2023!
November 13, 2023 Harvestworks announces the 2024 New Works Program! This national program offers $5000 commissions to American artists and legal US residents to create a new tech-centered artwork. The Commission includes a $2000 artist fee with the balance in studio and technical resources to produce the project. Women, BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ artists are encouraged to apply. APPLY HERE: – There is no application fee. DEADLINE: DECEMBER 20, 2023.

Upcoming Workshop
Tuesday November 28th 4 – 6 pm EST, 1 – 3 PT. Harvestworks in partnership with the ArtSci Center offer Introduction to AI software in Art and Design that will explore various AI-powered software tools for generative art creation like Midjourney, RunwayML, and Kaiber, and learn how they integrate with industry standards such as Adobe Photoshop. December 3 and 10, 2023. Harvestworks’ Network Arts Studio partners with the NowNet Arts Virtual Venue. Audience can view the performances online in the NowNet Arts Virtual Venue or attend in-person at Harvestworks for a WATCH PARTY on December 3, 2023 at 2 pm EST. For the December 10th performance, video artist Beth Warshafsky will be in-person at Harvestworks with the rest of the ensemble online.
December 4 – 10, 2023. Harvestworks presents a selection of Peter d’Agostino’s climate and nuclear related video installations to coincide with COP 28, the UN Climate Change Conference. THE PROGRAM features excerpts from five d’Agostino’s video installations. STREAM HERE for the virtual program starting at 7 pm on Dec. 4th and continuing to Dec. 10, 2023.
