Creative Tech Week celebrates the explosion of technology onto the global art and music scene and highlights the leaders at our educational epicenters for technological innovation in the arts.  SMOMID is a project by Nick Demopoulos, who is a performer, musician and instrument builder. When performing as Smomid Nick only utilizes instruments he has designed and built to perform interactive computer music. Musically Smomid compositions make use of algorithmic and AI processes that bring in a computer as an additional creative participant.
