The Workings of Media [art and artists]
Sat and Sun May 8 – Aug 8, 2021 in Building 10a, Nolan Park, Governors Island. A series of presentations, workshops, open studios and exhibitions to understand social and cultural changes reflected through the lens of art and artists. Artists include Dafna Naphtali, Jakob Dwight, Joseph Morris, Charlotte Mundy, Andrew Demirjian and Valérie Hallier. Open 11 am to 5 pm. Free ticket reservations are requested, available here.

The Harvestworks Technology Immersion Program is an award program for artists who have a passion for learning the tools of digital media but do not have the research, training and equipment necessary to produce artworks in this medium. Sabina Rosas, Devin Kenny and Anaïs Maviel received scholarships for Spring 2021.
